2. Design Services

Design Unlimited provides unlimited design services for a flat monthly rate. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms regarding our design services:

All design requests will be handled in the order they are received.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on complexity and current workload.
We reserve the right to limit the number of active requests per client to ensure quality service for all customers.
Revisions are included in our service, but we may limit excessive revisions that fall outside the scope of the original request.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Design Unlimited cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund. After this period, refunds are provided at our discretion and may be prorated based on usage.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, you will own all rights to the final deliverables provided by Design Unlimited, except for:

Third-party materials (such as stock photos or fonts) which remain subject to their original licenses.
Our design process, techniques, and methodologies which remain our intellectual property.

Design Unlimited reserves the right to display and link to your completed designs as part of our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Design Unlimited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
Any content obtained from the Service; and
Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
